The product is great! First company that gets us folks with big and/or wide feet. I bought a pair of spikes to tryout and while I was away on business my son who is 15 out grew his old spikes. I told him to try mine on. He put them on and has told me that I need to order a new pair since those are now his. He loves them. These spikes have been put through 3 seasons already (1 adult league baseball where I play catcher, and 2 high school seasons pitcher/catcher/IF) and they are still going strong. No rips tears or completely worn out metal. This is incredible. I have since ordered another pair of spikes and a pair of turf shoes for coaching. Not only is the product great, but the customer service is exceptional. I hit the wrong size, called the next day, my call was returned a short time later and my issue was fixed. The spikes were out of stock and I missed the email/call about that. I was refunded immediately. I called to ask about the spikes and I was informed about the missed email/call. The person on the other end said no need to do anything we got you. She sent me the code immediately for a newer shoe at the old shoe price and within 5 minutes the entire situation was corrected. This is by far some of the best customer service I have ever gotten. Needless to say, this just confirmed what I was thinking about this company. Top notch and first class. My son will be getting a new pair for Christmas this year going into the spring season.
